Pope Benedict - You just gotta love him.

I was heartbroken when Pope John Paul died. Like many catholics, I was apprehensive about our new pope.

After his visit to the United States, I was suddenly in love with him. Watching him interact with people, I could just feel his concern and genuine warmth.

Pope Benedict’s general prayer intention for June is:

“That all Christians may cultivate a deep and personal friendship with Christ, in order to be able to communicate the strength of His love to every person they meet.”

I would say that about sum’s it up!

Pray for me, that I may not flee for fear of the wolves.
