Diablo has real staying power!

Although I love online RPG’s, every now and then I like to lose myself in a stand-alone game. Just me and my PC. Sometimes you don’t want to chat, raid, LFG, or do tradeskills. You just want to hack your way through a bunch of skeletons in Diablo!

Now I don’t mean Diablo2, although I love that one too. I mean good ol’Diablo. And I don’t mean on battlenet. I just mean a single player game, where you see how far you can actually make it with the rogue. Or see if you can kill diablo with your mage without using chain-lighting, teleport, or fireball!

I have played the warrior, but not allowed him to memorize any books. He could carry scrolls of town portal, but was not allowed to use magic otherwise.

Every time I have one of those rainy days…you know the ones…where you don’t get out of your P.J.’s and you just want to “veg-out” on the computer…I load up good old Diablo. I make my own rules-set for the day, and off I go..deep into the caverns to slay ‘the Butcher’ one more time.

Talk about a game with staying power!
