About Fancy

About me? Ok. I’m a 30 year old single mommy of a blue eyed angel. I am also the daughter of Morninglark. Both of those people are how my love for MMORPGs began… namely Everquest.

Let me preface all of this by saying, I have always loved gaming. I played Magic the Gathering both on the table and on my computer. I also loved to play Diablo and Warcraft. But all of those soon ran their course, as many things do, and I grew out of them.

But, when I was 22, and found out I was going to be a mommy, I sat down in front of the computer and fell in love with RPGs. Morninglark was playing Everquest at the time, and it looked like a fun way to pass the time. I had no idea what kind of time it would pass.

I have played quite a few of them.. EQ, EQ2, WoW, Vanguard. But, I have to say that my favorite, the one that I call home, is Everquest.

Funny enough, it’s how I met the man I will soon marry, Andy. I am sure some of you are sitting there with your heads cocked thinking, “She met her hubby to-be on a game?” Yes, I did… and I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

What I plan to write about here as a contributor, and lover of MMORPGs, is my experiences in them.

Be it about my 80 dark elf wizard (my baby).. or my 70 night elf rogue. I hope you enjoy what I have to say. I encourage you to comment on my thoughts, be it to agree or disagree! I look forward to writing for you all! And, thank you to all of you, for keeping me so in love with the world of RPGs.
